Discreet on Set
The ideal behind the scenes team is almost invisible, stealthily moving around the set shooting the action without drawing attention to themselves or distracting the talent or crew.
Not only are we low profile we know the best angles, how to use available light and the right camera/ lens combo for the perfect shots.
Work Fast
All shoots are tight on time. We understand the dynamics of a shoot day and mould around it. When there is a specific moment for the BTS team to step in, it is vital that they work fast, get what they need and allow the entire shoot to move on.
As specialised behind the scenes shooters, this is where our experience really comes into its own.
Get the shot
We know that the creative and production team need to focus on the main project and that BTS is just a part of what needs to be captured on the day. We are self reliant and low maintenance.
We go onto every set having a clear plan for the shots we need to capture and we make sure we deliver, every time.
No excuses.
Be Prepared
Often we need to shoot a portrait of the talent in 5 minutes between takes on the main set. It is essential to be ready for that moment because it might come without warning. Our experience on countless sets means we expect the unexpected.
This BTS photo of Scarlett Johansson for D&G was caught just as she was re-applying her (on brand) lipstick between interviews.
